[Plugin: Advanced Excerpt] Remove Leave a Comment from excerpt

Hello,
The advanced excerpt plugin worked quite well to easily remove the … and change the excerpt length. Is it possible to use this plugin to remove the “Leave a Comment” only from the excerpt? Comments are open but I only want the link on the individual posts.
