   This plugin seems to add an ellipsis and a "Read More" link even if the length of the content is LESS than the max length of the excerpt.

   Am I missing something?

   For example, say I have the excerpt length set to 50 words, and I have a blog post that is only 10 words long, when I call the_excerpt with Advanced Excerpt enabled, it still adds an ellipsis and the read more link.

   This is NOT how the standard WP excerpt function works.
