We've got some events that have a date, and some that we want customers to be able to set. For example, they want to book a Team Building event with us but they need to choose the date -- or at least leave the date blank to be decided later.
Is there any way to do this? If I leave the date blank, it sets the date as the current day and lists it as "Expired".
If this is too complex functionality, is there another plugin that would work well with Advanced Events?

Hi Rachel,
It sounds like you will need an appointment scheduler type of system. I plan on making a plugin for that someday, but don't know when. This plugin has been keeping me very busy.
You could add a link to a contact form that someone could request a date for an event?
