• Hey,

Just wanted to report about a issue between WordPress SEO plugin and your CFA. Thanks for an awesome plugin, this plugin solves many of my issues with WordPress. Keep up the good work!

The issue is, when WordPress SEO is activated. Its panel gets shown on the configpage of CFA, it even gets a higher priority then the other panels. I know this issue is because CFA is a custom post type, and in WordPress SEO you can modify where the SEO options are shown. But this issue might not be unique to just WordPress SEO, and even more plugins that add panels on Post Types. These panels should’nt be registered with the CFA post type.

And I have a request for a feature also: change the priority order of fieldgroups. ‘high’, ‘core’, ‘default’ or ‘low’ like the add_meta_box function.
For example: I don’t want the WordPress SEO box to have a higher priority than my fieldgroup, therefore I need to change the priority and that fieldgroup.

  • +1 to this. I too love WordPress SEO, but have issues with the way it forces itself to the top of all meta boxes. Whether I use Magic Fields or Advanced Custom Fields, the WordPress SEO box appears above my custom fields, which is NOT the way I would like it to be.

I just discovered I can hide WordPress SEO from selected post types on the settings page. Though I still can’t change the default order to make the WordPress SEO box appear at the bottom of the meta boxes. And I’d still like that.
