The color picker is displayed in the bottom of a page that contains custom fields. If you reload the page the picker is disappearing. See also http://www.advancedcustomfields.com/support/discussion/comment/3766

Am experiencing the same issue. Color picker plus Visual Editor and HTML being improperly displayed. Reverted to the previous version 3.1.3

+1. Just saw the color picker after upgrading to 3.1.5. Refreshing did make it go away, but don't know if it'll come back.
