What a great plugin! It makes editing theme files so much easier.

For some reason "Create New File" and "Create New Directory" aren't working for me. The files/directories I try to create aren't even showing up when I look via FTP. They should appear in the main directory of the theme, right?

i've got the same problem here. When i'm editing the style.css and i want to create a file or a directory, i get the message:

Warning: fopen(style.css/test.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

it looks like the editor wants to create the file under style.css/

...and i can't mark or select the main-dir to create a file.
