  • I have a category tree like this:

    – Parent Category
    — Child Category

Why, if I select “Parent Category” to be HIDDEN on the front page, does the “Child Category” not ALSO get hidden? There should at least be an option for this, if it’s not going to be the default behavior.

  • people got different needs^^ Me for example only want parent category hidden since it list post of all sub categories, although if there were an extra check-box so you had the option to do it, not integrated to always do it i agree it would be better:) anyway you can just write the id’s of the sub cats too, but i guess you already knew that xD

So even if my comment were totally useless, at least you’d get bumped to the top again xD hehe

Yes, we can just check the sub-cats as well, but I’d like the option of having it automatically include the sub-cats if I want.

These are great ideas, I’ll think it through how could I implement them.

    Thank you for these suggestions!
