   I haven't actually tested this for all aspects of quick edit, but even though I have "Edit Permalink" disabled, while the user cannot edit the slug/permalink through the 'edit page/post', the user can still edit the permalink through the quick edit.

   Hi artychan,
   There is nothing implemented to filter the Quick Edit functionality. The only solution can be to restrict Quick Edit functionality for the user.
