[Plugin: AdSense Manager] WP 2.7 and Adsense Mgr 3.2.13 Ads not showing up

I just installed and followed the instructions for setting up 3.2.13 and my ads are not showing up. I’ve set the options to appear on all pages.

Any ideas.
