Just got Adsense Manager V3.3.3 installed and running. Great plugin but I've got one hangup: I've created 2 ad formats but only the default ad is displaying. There's only a widget for the default in the widgets section, and I can't get the other to display in posts either.
Oh yeah, and the "Ads by Google" message is obliterated by red rectangles. Not good, considering my disclosure policy...
Any ideas?

Update: the 2nd ad format IS showing in posts. I guess it just took a while... I tend to be a bit impatient at times :-)
The red rectangles are still there though...

OK, my face is probably as red as the boxes: my browser settings were off. Doh! Never mind...
