[Plugin: Adminimize] Great plugin! Missing a few features…

    I just installed adminimize and LOVE the plugin!
    It’s missing a few things and I was wondering if there are ways to implement that:

    1. there’s a way to hide the footer but there seems to be no way to hide the header. is this intentional?
    2. not all the extra stuff in the “add new post” section appears in the “Write Post” section… there are some plug ins that I have installed (such as Twitter Publisher, Sociable, Page Links To, Suffusion additional options) which appear on the add new post page and there seems to be no way to remove them via adminimize… is there a workaround?
