[Plugin: Adminimize] Can't get admin bar to return

The admin bar is gone and won’t return no matter what I do.
Yes I have cleared the browser cache each time I try another idea

I have tried:
– reenabling the admin bar via the settings
– deleting all settings via the last setting on the adminimize page
– uninstalling and deleting the plugin

Is there a flag I can change via phpmyadmin to manually fix this?

Any help greatly appreciated.
