   (Im using WP 2.8)
   This is a great plug in, but, I'm trying to get Authors to see their pages as well as posts that they own, but pages just wont show up. Works great for 'Editors', but not Authors. Trouble is, with Editors, everyone can edit evryone elses content, which isnt ideal. All the other Dashboard aspects I want to hide work just fine.

   Any idea what I might be not doing, or doing wrong?

   I'm not sure to understand, but I use this plugin
   http://code.mincus.com/41/manage-your-posts-only-in-wordpress/
   to show only own posts in edit page.
