Great plugin, and on the face of it looks like exactly what we need for an unusual (?) situation.
The site has 20 users, each with a page and a post that they need to be able to edit. For example, the Page may say 'We have 15 bedrooms', if building works are carried out, they may need to put in a not saying 'we have building works going on, 12 bedrooms are available'.
On the Post side, this contains the categories that each of the 20 users are involved in. For instance, if one of the users provides courses, and has a new course added to it's repetoire, there needs to be the option of the user editing the categories to add the new course category.
All that said, any editing needs to be approved before going live. Ideally there would be an automattically (!) generated email to an admin, but we can live without that if the function is there to get the page or post approved before publishing.
