Plugin Admin Page

Hello,

I’m trying to write a simple plugin and what I need to know, which I can’t seem to find anywhere would be how to do this:

The plugin needs to have page id numbers entered it. Rather than do it in the plugin file, I would like it to be done through a plugin admin page.

I can’t figure out how to make it so I could have a text input field and what is entered there is pulled into where it needs to go in the php.

Anyone point me in the right direction?
