   Custom Post Types with sortable columns break the plugin. No more plugin edit icons appear after the custom columns

   The drag and drop sorting feature does not appear for Custom Post Types which have been defined to allow ordering. This is because the plugin appears to only check if the Custom Post Types are hierarchical.
