Hi,
I have just installed the Add to Any plugin on a blog I am working on - and it all works great except for the Facebook 'like' button. When I click it, the number 1 pops up for a second then disappears!
I have looked through to try and find any conflicting plugins... but can't see any issues! Can anyone else find a solution?

EDIT: I tried it without being logged into FB, and it takes me to the login page as usual, then back to the problematic button.... I looked at my facebook profile and there was no sign of me having liked this.

Interesting...I'm having the same problem with the ShareThis plugin but for another blog I'm using AddToAny but not experiencing the issue
I isolated the facebook button, so it was on it's own and it still didn't work. Are you using an older version of the plugin for your other blog?
Actually - overnight it seems to have fixed itself overnight - so I'm guessing it was a problem with fb code instead. Johnzeiger - does yours work now too?

The ShareThis plugin is now working too. So, it must have been something on Facebook's end.

I'm having the same problem. It's only the Facebook LIKE button that's not working. I've checked it in multiple browsers. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

what version of WordPress are you using? I have not upgrade to 3.2 yet...still on 3.1.4 and AddToAny is working fine

I upgraded to WordPress 3.2. All the other features in AddToAny seem to work, including the new Google+ button. But the Facebook LIKE seems to have stopped.

As far as I know, this problem only began in the past couple of days. Everything worked for blog posts that went up as late as Sunday. Now we're having problems. I think we upgraded before Sunday. But I can't be certain.

It seems to be malfunctioning just on the pages that do not yet have any Likes. If there are Likes, it (usually) shows the number. But it no Likes, it just flashes up a "1" and then goes away each time.

@slobizman and @kwohler: the only thing I would recommend is disabling all plug-ins and, if it then works, enabling the plugins one by one to see which one is conflicting with AddToAny

I don't know how many other people are having the problem.
It's almost certainly an intermittent issue with Facebook. Just give it some time. You may also try running their linter tool to see if refreshing their cache of your pages helps:

I also have a very similar problem. On my blog m1sha.com/blog in the latest post the like button doesnt work, but it works for other older posts..

Hi All - I have put this back to Unresolved, in the hope that someone might be able to fix this for you all.
In frustration, I have sacked off the AddToAny plugin, in favour of the aptly named Twitter-Facebook-Google-plus-one-share plugin. It's not quite as versatile, but it works - which is a bonus.

It does not appear to be a fault of a particular plugin. Twitter-Facebook-Google-plus-one-share plugin also behaves similarly. For the latest post you press like, it registers it for a split second then resets. For other posts like works

I am having the same issue on my blog. It's version 3.2.1. I don't recall it ever working, but before that I was on version 3.2.
Is there anything special you have to do on Facebook to enable this capability? Maybe I did something wrong, but it does seem like a lot of people are having issues.
