   Clicking on Bookmark doesn't bookmark the page. Instead it pops up a window basically telling user to press Ctrl+D. Is this expected behavior? From a user perspective, it certainly is not.

   It is. Only Internet Explorer allows browser bookmarking to be called from a web page, and this does work for IE in the plugin.

   Actually, doesn't seem to be working in IE either.

   When I click on it (in IE), it opens a new window with URL
   javascript:if(document.all){window.external.AddFavorite('http://www.csillamvilag.com/','Kezdőlap')}else{var%20b=a2a_config.localize.BookmarkInstructions%20||%20'Press%20Ctrl+D%20to%20bookmark%20this%20page';alert(a2a_config.localize.BookmarkInstructions)}

   Of course, the page is empty/error page, with the message:
   Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
