[resolved] [Plugin: AddToAny Share] "Bookmark" tab replaced by "Earn"?!?! (8 posts)

    I only just noticed this, so I do not know how long this has been a problem; but, the "Bookmark" tab seems to have been replaced by an "Earn" tab on Add-to-Any Share's popup dialog/menu.

    If it is possible (and I REALLY hope it is), how do I get rid of the "earn" tab and regain the "Bookmark" tab functionality?

    I would like the bookmark functionality too.

    To remove the Earn tab, put this code into your style.css

    #a2apage_PTZ { display:none !important; }

    see: http://share.lockerz.com/buttons/customize/hide_lockerz_earn_ptz_tab

    Thanks Gary.

    Has the author given any reason for why the bookmark functionality was removed from Add-to-Any Share?

    Sorry Christopher, not sure on that one. I am unsure if this plugin is still supported?

    No responses = not supported. Three times I have asked a question now!

    Actual usage of the Bookmark tab / Add to Favorites button has declined by a lot over the years.

    In an upcoming menu release the Bookmark/Add to Favorites will reappear in the list of sharing options.

    Thanks! I appreciate it. I really enjoy the plugin(s).

    Hijack. Uninstall. That's really bad form.

    Hi cadbloke,

    Ultimately, that is exactly what I did. I have replaced the Add-to-Any plugins with their JetPack equivalents. The interefaces are much cleaner and work well. Furthermore, whereas Add-to-Any Subscribe forced you to use FeedBlitz (or FeedBurner, I cannot remember) JetPack Subscription seemlessly uses WordPress.com (free) to manage the subscription service.
