[resolved] [Plugin: Add to Any Subscribe Button] Add-to-Any Subscribe and Save buttons (7 posts)

With the updated versions of "Add to Any Subscribe" and "Add to Any Save" plugins, the buttons no longer display the list when mouse hovers over the button as was previously the case.

Now the buttons must be clicked to display the lists.

    Is this purposeful?

In your admin panels look under Settings - Subscribe Buttons - Menu Options - Only show the menu when the user clicks the Subscribe button. You'll want to uncheck that button.

hi, i have the same problem, except, no matter what settings are checked/unchecked in the 'Menu Options', the list doesn't display when i hover over it, and when clicked it goes to the addtoany website one instead.

i really don't know what the problem is because i did everything as instructed

    please help :)

For the list to open in the little box when you hover or click JavaScript has to be working and enabled. Do you have Javascript turned off or disabled somehow?

Can you give a link to your page?

It's very likely that your theme isn't coded properly.

See Why isn't the drop-down menu appearing?

    It's a fairly easy fix. :)

all you have to do is place this in your theme:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js"></script>

this problem is caused by the fact that this script is the one which shows the menu and is included in the page footer thus if the page footer is not included then this script is not present so no menu

unws, your explanation of the problem is correct but I would not advise using your method to fix this. It's much better to fix your theme, following WordPress theme standards, than hard-coding the external script.

Continue to see Why isn't the drop-down menu appearing? for the proper fix.
