    Hi
I have installed this on multisite, and admin users have the option added to upload an avatar, and editors don't have permission.
The main problem is that the Users -> Avatars option page doesn't appear.
I have looked in site admin and system admin but it is in neither place.
Is there anything i need to do to make it available?
    thanks
    elvis

Having the same issue! "Avatars" only shows up under Settings when switched over to Network Admin (and only the admin shows up). Don't show up as a Site Admin for any of the sites.

    WP 3.2.1 (Multisite using sub-directories)
    Add Local Avatar 10.3

Don't use this plugin with Multisite/Network 3.4.1. It completely crashed my site and database. I had to repair the database and FTP into the site and delete the plugin's folder.
