Yes, og:image is part of the Open Graph Protocol, so enable it again.

ok, but i disabled it because it spammed the like lists of persons who liked the article with custom pages.
is there no other way? a workaround of some sorts?
i would like to keep the like lists clean and still have the right picture.. 🙂
Spam has nothing to do with the Open Graph Protocol as far as I know. The OGP only provides information about your blog articles in a structured way, like the title (og:title), image (og:image), etc.

well i don’t mean spam per se of course. i would just like to avoid the like lists of people getting flodded with custom facebook pages after clicking like on our articles..if thats possible
Only Facebook has control about that. To put it in other words: that is how Facebook works. Add Link to Facebook only adds links to Facebook in the way Facebook designed it and offers the most important social plugins, like the like button (which, by the way, also run on the servers of Facebook, even when it is displayed on your website).
