   When I use the setting 'Any user with the ability to upload files in the following roles' and check administrator on a network site the superadmin cannot see the menu item to Add From Server

   I haven't fully tested it in a MultiSite environment, especially not one where the SuperAdmin is not a member of the individual sites.. I'll add it to the testing list for the next release!
