   My title has false rewrite

   It should show "%post_title% | %blog_title%"

   But it show like this "%post_title%%blog_title% | %blog_title%"

   What's a problem with plugin, I just install it on twentytwelve wordpress default theme

   Plugin add extra %blog_title% after post title
