• I’ve noticed that post category urls such as: http://example.com/category/something/ does not work after cloning, I have to login each site and go to Permalink Settings page and re-save the settings to get them work.

It gets a bit tedious if one clones many sites.

I tried to add flush_rewrite_rules(); for my theme, but it did not work either. In the end I must go to the settings page for each new blog and re-save the permalink settings to get category pages work.

Anyone have a workaround for this?
