[Plugin: Ad Injection] Now with ad rotation / split testing support

    The new 0.9.6.x branch of Ad Injection has the following new features:

    • Ad rotation / A:B split testing support for random, top, bottom and widget/sidebar adverts.
    • Alternate content which can be defined for users who are dynamically blocked (by IP or referrer) from seeing adverts.
    • Choose which paragraph to start the random ads via the UI.
    • Dynamic features (ad rotation, and ad blocking by IP/referrer) now work with W3 Total Cache and WP Cache (as well as the already supported WP Super Cache).

    The most significant change is the new ad rotation support. You can define multiple adverts and set a percentage for how often you want them to be shown.

    Does it work with Multisite?

    Hi Andy, I have not yet tested it with multisite, it is on my TODO list for later in the year.

    I suspect there may well be problems due to Ad Injection saving and loading adverts from disk in mfunc mode.

    direct_static and direct_dynamic modes probably have a higher chance of working.

    If you try it on multisite please let me know how (or if!) it works. I’d be interested to know.

    Thanks man, looking forward to it. I tried it out in a testing environment but it broke the subsite (fatal error) with both modes.
