[Plugin: Ad Injection] Ad code updated but old code now showing in widget

    Hi

    I haven’t needed to update my ads for a while but I added in new ad codes today for the first time in weeks and something really odd has happened.

    They’ve saved and the ads are displaying perfectly on site (sidebar) but when I left the widget page and then returned later, the old ad code is showing in the widget for ads that are no longer displaying.

    I cleared my cache, logged out and yet the new ads are still showing on site but the old code is coming up in the Ad Injection widget. I’m baffled!

    Not at all urgent – after all, my ads are showing! – but thought I’d better report it.

    Hi Donna, check your widget settings again to make sure that you removed the old adverts. Also check that you didn’t insert the other adverts by some other means. e.g. another plugin, a different type of widgets, or via the template directly.

    If you can’t figure it out give me a link and I should be able to tell which ads are inserted via Ad Injection and which aren’t.
