   Hello,
   I was wondering if you have looked at using ntlm authentication for iis7. I would love it if when a user logs into their pc and goes to the site that they are automatically logged in to the site. I'm on iis so i believe it can do it just no idea how. Any thoughts?

   See my post from a few months ago for a functions.php based workaround. I believe it does work on IIS7.

   Would it be possible to use the plugin for user import only and then add a SAML SSO frontend (simpleSAMLphp) to do the actual authentication?

   That way, you'd achive true single sign-on with AD credentials for a sophisticated web based single sign-on solution...
