[Plugin: Active Directory Employee Listing] Another syntax error while trying to activate?

    Hi. This looks like a desirable plugin but it crashes on activation in my system. Running WP 3.1.3. with PHP 5.0.5. and mySQL 4.1.21. Can’t upgrade that because of hosting limitations.
    We fixed the “line 65” create-function item but now something else happens:

    Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_ARRAY, expecting ‘&’ or T_VARIABLE in d:\home\sites\brenau.edu\wwwroot\home\wp-content\plugins\active-directory-employee-list\inc\adLDAP.php on line 173

    Any remedy? Thanks in advance,
