    Hi,
This is an urgent request as ALL the plugins were mysteriously deactivated when i tried to activate "tweetback" plugin.

When I went back to plugins page and saw ALL plugins automatically deactivated and tried to activate any of them this error showed up:

Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php on line 268

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/XXXXX/public_html/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php:268) in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 850

I have tried replacing "wp-admin" and "wp-includes" but still it aint working.

    Can anyone help please???

I just had this same problem when trying to activate a different plugin. Turned out there was a database error.

Go into Cpanel (if you use that) and check "Error Logs"

look for errors related to your wordpress installation. If you see any table crashes, go into PHPmyadmin. Find the table that has crashed and repair it.

Sorry these instructions may be vague, but after I repaired the table that crashed, my problem went away. Phew!

Let me know if you need more detail. Not a techy myself, but i can kinda walk you through it.
