• I cannot install plugins manually, so I install them through cpanel. When installed the plugin shows up in my Dashboard plugins directory no problem, but as soon as I hit “Activate” the Dashboard restarts and then only a bar at the top shows and nothing more happens. I have deleted it completely and downloaded new and reloaded twice but same result. When it is deleted, Dashboard works properly. Anybody else have the same problem? I was really looking forward to trying it. Just for information, my FTP upload shows 36 files – correct?

    Hi seonag,

This is very strange – we haven’t experienced that before. Could you maybe upload a screenshot of what you see after activating the plugin? (You can also send it to support@6scan.com if you don’t want it shown publicly.)

Can you also tell us why you can’t install plugins manually (perhaps this could have something to do with it), as well as exactly how you performed the installation using cPanel? Did you use FTP or cPanel’s file manager to simply copy the files over to your server from the ZIP file, or some other method?

I look forward to hearing more details so we can investigate further.
