   For some reason, when traffic gets high or when the server resources get hit hard, all of the plug ins turn off completely.

   If the Linux server becomes unresponsive, I would reboot and apache normally turns on, however all of the plugins are turned off which causes a REALLY big problem. I would have to manually turn on all 43 plug ins.

   Is this a bug, someone doing malicious things, a known issue/problem with WP?

   I need help!!
