   I am using WordPress version 2.6.3. Over the past while, trying to upgrade any of my plug-ins using the automatically upgrade link fail with the error pasted below. I don't think I have changed permissions on any folders. Any idea what may give a failure such as this? ---

   Upgrade Plugin
   Downloading update from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-forecast.2.5.zip

   Unpacking the update

   Could not copy file: /u/home/bike/www.mississaugacycling.ca/wp-content/upgrade/wp-forecast/wp-forecast/xgettextdummy.php

   Installation Failed
