• Hi my site isn’t allowing me to access my plug-ins

    http://nlreedphotographyblog.com/

When I click on “plug-in” or try to search the plug-ins I get this on the page:

“Sorry, but what you’re looking for could not be found.”

Can you help me determine what the issue is? I was trying to add a social media plug-in to my blog.

    Thanks
    Nate

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

Hi, thanks for the response. Are you able to help do this for me? I am almost certain I will botch the entire thing and mess up my site.

    Thanks
    Nate

No, not really. Just follow the directions, you’ll be fine. 🙂

You’ll need to access your server via FTP or SFTP.

All my plugins have been deactivated due to an error: The plugin does not have a valid header. What do I do?
