   I am using the free version of this plug-in. I don't appear to be able to write to groups of users - that is, all administrators or all editors etc. I'm not sure from the documentation whether the plug-in just doesn't do this, or whether I would get this functionality in the paid-for version, or whether this just isn't the right plug-in for me. Any ideas/help gratefully received.

   Hi, the free version only allows public messages and private messages (no group messages). This is however available in the commercial version.
