plug-in for users to add pages

    I run a community site, which has businesses, community services, activities, etc. I would like to be able to let these groups or individuals add a page about them. I have looked through the plug-ins but haven’t found a plug-in that would work for the above.
    I may need a directory/listing plug-in or more than one plug-in to make this work.

    Can anyone suggest plug-ins?
