Plug-In For Student-Tutors?

    Is there a plug-in that can do something like the following?

    Students and tutors are able to make basic accounts and log in. Upon registration, they pick if they are a tutor or student.

    Tutors and students are able to communicate with each other and set up a time, fee, etc, with one another to get tutored.

    After the session, students AND tutors are able to rate one another.
