[Plug-in: Constant Contact for WordPress] widget problems

Hi! I just downloaded the Plug-in: Constant Contact for WordPress. It seems like it will be the perfect solution for integrating Constant Contact into my Website. However, I have run into a problem trying to use the widget “Constant Contact Signup”. I drag it over into my footer widget area, save, and can see it fine from my website. However, when I go to make any changes on it, then save, and go to my website, it completely disappears. When I go back to my WordPress Widget area it is gone from my footer widget area completely.

Anyone else having these problems? And is there a solution? Thanks!
