pls help, no rich text editor

hi friends;

I have installed WP Blog everything is Ok except for two problems. I login as Admin, when I want to write a post there is not a rich text editor. there is only a big box and you can write in it. I mean no text aligment, or size of text, no nothing. how can I solve this problem?

and the second one is much easier; I copy a text with pictures and paste in to the “write post” box . the text is Ok but there is no pictures. can this be solved?
