   Hi all,

   Week ago, I have set up a new blog and use All in one SEO pack plugin.

   After I activated the plugin, go to the setting and SEO pack plugin. I typed in the home title, home description, keywords and other for main url.

   Next I go to post and add new post. As usual, I write my post and also the all in one seo pack title, description and keywords at the end of the post.

   In the ALL in one SEO pack Main URl's title, description, keywords are different from the Post title, description and keywords.

   After a few days, I went to Google to check whether my site has been index. I type site:htttp://mydomain.com

   My Main URL and post URL were index by Google.

   However, I noticed that in the Search Result both Main URL and Post URL's description are the same. The both description are the first few sentences of the Post text.
   Both did not show up the description which I type inside each individual all in one SEO description.

   In the Main URL's description, the all in one SEO pack description also did not appear. It show the Post 1st few sentences text.

   I view the page source in the Main URL and Post URL, it is fine. The Meta title, description and keywords are the same as the one which I typed in the All in one SEO pack.

   Pls enlighten me on this.

   How can I make All in one SEO's description to show up in Search result for the Main URL and Post URL?

   Hi Randy. Go to your admin panel, settings, permalinks and set the custom URL to /%category/%postid%/

   That should then display the category and post header in your URL :-)

   Hi,

   After I changed it, it still doesn't work. In google search result, main page and post URL's description still the same. The description is my post 1st few sentence text.

   My main page description also appear my post 1st few sentence text.

   And after I change, my post url all change and into a mess. Then I stick back to my old /%postname%/.

   Pls advise.

   Google can take a quite while to update the URLs and descriptions it shows in its search results. The search results are not live and you may have to wait weeks for any change to show.
