Plgin not working in multisite | WordPress.org

I am using this plugin in a multisite and changed log in URL on main site, I thought plugin will take care of multisite URL as well but its not the case, hence we have several attacks. Do this plugin support multisite.
Please help me if I am missing something

Some of the features need to be activated on the sub-sites (if the admin of that sub-site wants to). Multi-site doesn’t mean that every sub-site should have the exact same configuration as the main site.
