Please standardize Widget

    you really do have the best weather plugin out there. Thanks for that. But, I will you would standardize your widget like other plugins. Especially when being used as a footer. The header should align and be the same font as the other footer widgets. I have to hand-strip all the css out of your plugin each time I implement. But, I cannot seem to get the header title to align with the other footer widgets. But, this is a really good weather widget.

    I have it in my plan to support the standard widget title and the current widget title in an upcoming release.

    I added an optional Widget Title field to this plugin. At the time of this writing it was located at the bottom of the Widget Settings.
