Link post to different site

You may want to try installing a redirection plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/safe-redirect-manager/ – This will allow you to redirect your posts to other websites, pages or posts.

From the looks of the plugin screenshots you need to add your new redirects on this page: http://s.w.org/plugins/safe-redirect-manager/screenshot-2.png?r=840199

In the top box you would add the relative URL to your post:

e.g. /2014/01/16/the-d-word/

and in the second box you would enter the URL you wish to direct to:

e.g. http://google.com

Now visiting the-d-word post would redirect you to Google. Of course you could make that post link anywhere on the web.
