sharyn.deckercan some of you please recommend a simple (to install and to use) plugin so i can put advertisements on my news website? i'd like to put local ads on my sidebar (i'm satisfied with the look that westseattleblog uses) i'm not opposed to having a space for an ad that ... a horizontal banner ad? (hope i'm using that term correctly) but just want the simplest thing to use.
i'm so new to wordpress and see that wordpress claims i can use wordpress without knowing/doing the php code. i'd sure like to keep operating without doing any of that.
i've read thru documentation about plugins and also a bunch of the support forum threads on plugins and looked a the most popular ad plugins. i still have a pretty thin grasp on the vocabulary, thus just asking for recommendations. thanks for suggestions. --sharyn
