    The Other Notes documentation at http://wordpress.org/plugins/nextgen-facebook/other_notes/ contains a section about “Debugging and Problem Solving” issues. Please read through it and see if you can find the cause of your issue (most issues are caused by poorly coded themes and/or plugins).

    If you are still having problems, I will need three things to help you:

    1) The URL to an example Page or Post showing the problem.

    2) A description of the problem, so I can recognize it when I see it.

    3) Check the “Add Hidden Debug Info” option on the Advanced settings page.
