   All of a sudden my wordpress login is giving a 404 page that i never saw while loggin to site until now... please help its been happening since yesterday

   Site url? Have you checked that the wp-admin folder is still present on the server? And populated with files & folders?

   yes wp-admin folder is persent and have files and folders in it.
