Can you get to the folders for the wordpress files, if so download the plugin that you are wanting and then add it to the wp-content/plugins directory, then the dashboard will see it.

What happens if you enter the new ftp account credentials provided to you by your new host/web provider? Any error messages?
it works i just dont want the FTP Way.. I Want The Regular Better Way Without The http://FTP.. Plus FTP Way Is SO SLOW!! Please HELP

Have you disabled all plugins by renaming the plugin folder? Then switch to the twentyten theme. Created a new, empty plugin folder and try to install a plugin.

How many plugins do you have to add? Why not just add them with ftp as requested. Had you just done it, you would be totally done by now :^)
i add,update, delete plugins frequently and its slow which i dont like, and i am using a VPS
