[resolved] Please Help Remove Sidebar (5 posts)

    Hi

    For some reason there is a sidebar on my site that I can't get rid of. Have a look at the following links to see:

    http://www.humptydumptychildcareltd.co.uk/testpost/

    http://www.humptydumptychildcareltd.co.uk/testpage/

    It's on the 'test page' URL but not the 'test post'. Really annoying as I'd like the whole of the site to be full screen and not missing 1/3! I've got basic knowledge but have had a look at there aren't any plugins/widgets installed, very stuck for ideas as to how to get rid of it.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks very much for your time

    Looks like your problem is solved. If it is, would you mind posting the solution for others with this problem?

    If your problem has been solved, please use the dropdown on the right to mark this topic 'Resolved' so that anyone else with this question can see that there is a solution.

    I'm afraid the problem isn't solved. The 'test page' is missing 1/3 of the width of the page and that's how the rest of the site is set up.

    Thanks for looking

    find this line, in page.php (?):

    <div id="content" class="narrowcolumn" role="main">

    change to:

    <div id="content" class="widecolumn" role="main">

    btw: 'help' and 'wordpress' are not useful tags to use in a WordPress help forum ;-)
    I removed them.

    You're a hero! Thanks so much and sorry about the tags - I'll make sure to use something more descriptive if I post again.

    Thanks again
