   Hi, I have come up with a cool design which I would really like to use for my wordpress skin however I am no good at the coding side of things. I have the theme HTML coded but have no idea how to code it as a theme.

   Is anyone able to help me out? I would really appreciate any help :)

   Have you seen this thread?

   Also, you need to read in the codex about where to stick the loop and the other WP tags, so some of the things you've listed are generated as output.

   It does look nice though, but I have to ask - why the use of tables?
