Site down after deleting/changing files (2 posts)

    I installed w3 total cache and set up with add some code into .htaccess and wp-config.php as instruction.
    but after that my website shutdown.
    so, I recovered those files(.htaccess/wp-config.php), tried to delete 'w3 total cache' files.
    but some of files didn't deleted on FTP, the site is still not working....
    Help me, help me as soon as possible......................
    I must fix this problem right now.... my business will be in a deep trouble....... please..

    I'd probably delete and re-upload the wp-includes and wp-admin folders from the FTP. Make sure to stick with the current version of WordPress you're using.

    You may also want to try and rename your plugins folder to make sure that it's W3 causing the problem. This will deactivate all plugins, so make sure to name it back once you're in.
